This beautiful beige/brown mushroom has a unique wavy cap when mature. It is a fast-growing species that has a high yield, pay particular attention to having good air exchange and misting regularly, since it will grow very fast.
Enhances any meal featuring fish, lamb, or pork. Of course, it is an excellent vegetarian option as it has a meaty texture. Slicing and/or chopping and sautéing into any dish is our preferred way to prepare them.
