Each jar has approximately a half pound of our gourmet mushrooms dehydrated and powdered in them. The reason we call it “The Secret Ingredient” is that the mushrooms give each blend that distinct savory, rich, umami flavour that mushrooms deliver without actually tasting like mushrooms! These three blends can be used on meat, veggies, eggs, soups, sauces, popcorn you name it!

As part of our commitment to reducing waste in the food system, our seasoning blend line was created to divert any unsold mushrooms from being wasted, by dehydrating them instead of composting them. All of our blends contain NO msg, NO preservatives or fillers. We believe in safe food.
Crafting the seasoning blends is an amazing hands-on process that our small team does on the farm. After dehydrating all of the varieties of tree loving mushrooms that we grow, we powder them, and then blend them with quality ingredients to bring you one stop, show stopping, mushroom seasoning blends.
